Steven has over 20 years of experience as a venture capitalist and international corporate financier. He worked in The Netherlands at AMRO Bank, ABN Bank and Bank ITEC, before moving to the UK in April 1989 to work for Hill Samuel Bank, Singer & Friedlander Group Plc, Equity Growth Research Ltd, Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Ltd and Pridie Brewster Corporate Finance Ltd. Steven is a director of Match VC Investments Ltd.
Steven is managing director of FSA regulated Match Capital Partners providing small cap corporate finance services to revenue generative growth companies requiring later stage funding. Match Capital Partner's strategic relationship with Capital Partners Group allows Match Capital Partners to assist companies when they are considering a listing on ShareMark, PlusMarkets or AIM, as well as operating in a wide range of corporate finance advisory transactions (type, size and geography).
Steven is the finance director of DC Research & Marketing Ltd, a qualitative market research company. He is a Member of the Securities & Investment Institute. He was previously a non-executive director of Move2Mobile Ltd -a wireless related and mobile telecoms business acceleration firm. Steven, or his family, are directly or indirectly an early stage investor in several wireless and software companies, such as Ixaris Ltd and VibrantMedia Ltd.
Roger has 20 years marketing experience particularly in the fields of strategic marketing, product positioning, and online sales & marketing. During 2002 – 2003, Roger acted as technology marketing director at Newtonmore Advisors Ltd, advisors to a privately owned investment company. His responsibilities were for the technical, marketing and operational evaluations of potential and current investments across all areas of IT and communications in Europe, with particular focus on the wireless and IT services sector. Prior to this he worked for 11 years at Dell Computer Corporation, including 3 years based in France, and held a number of sales and marketing positions. Before joining Dell he spent six years in marketing roles with ITT/Alcatel.
Roger is a director of and investor in FlyTXT Ltd, a specialist in mobile marketing as well of Antics Group Limited. From 2003-2005 he also acted as an observer on behalf of Newtonmore Advisors on the board of Empower Interactive Plc, a provider of intelligent wireless messaging solutions.
