WirelessMatch and Invensco have agreed a strategic partnership introducing a sector dedicated approach to investment in emerging companies. Following intensive due diligence by Invensco, participating WirelessMatch Investors are invited to invest in one of five high growth companies.
In time, investors can switch their investment into the most successful investee company. This substantially reduces investment risk and consolidates increased returns.
The WM Investment Pool aims to substantially reduce WirelessMatch investor's risk by allowing him/her to switch his/her investment from a less successful company into a successful one within
the WM Investment Pool.
The sales revenue of an emerging company can be substantially enhanced by forging a strategic partnership with a major company which markets the emerging firm's products to its customer base thereby substantially enhancing value.
If the strategic partner actually invests in the emerging firm, i.e. becomes a trade investor, the emerging firm has access to more investment funds whereas the WirelessMatch investor is offered
a profitable partial exit.
Advantages to WirelessMatch Investors
Unlike investing in a portfolio of companies where the investor loses some of his/her capital every
time a company fails, the WM Investment Pool enables him/her to consolidate his/her investment in the most successful company in the pool.
At any point during the first two years following the date of investment the WirelessMatch Investor has the option to exchange the shares that he/she buys in one company for another company in the pool. Reducing the investor’s risk and to take advantage of a better imminent return on investment.
The shares are swapped on a value basis which is based on the sum invested by the WirelessMatch Investor in one company and the current market value of the shares in the other company. Only one exchange of shares can take place in the company in which the WirelessMatch Investor holds shares.
The WirelessMatch Investor also invests at a 50% discount to the first trade investor and has a right to sell a proportion of his shares to the trade investor.
Minimum investment amount: £25,000.

The companies that Invensco seeks usually have proof of sales or are close to sales revenue. Most small innovative firms struggle to attract new customers. Invensco finds strategic partners, major companies, who market the small firm's innovative products. Such a partnership substantially increases the value of the small firm and reduces the risk of it failing.
The advantages to an innovative company securing a major company taking a minority stake as a trade investor firm are: -
easier investment raising: arising from benefits to WirelessMatch Investors; additional investment from trade investors;
strategic partner and trade investors: delivering sales and marketing resources and large customer bases; trade investors deliver additional working capital;
greater management resource: from Invensco, the strategic partners and trade investors, and
trade sale: higher valuation at trade sale by Invensco approaching 200+ potential buyers in UK and abroad; trade investors are additional potential trade buyers.
